Welcome back! It's now Tuesday night and my B.B.Q.S (Black Bean Quinoa Salad ) is going stronger than ever! Bursting with flavor after marinating for the day, it's ready to complete a quick protein packed dinner. If you just joined us then, WELCOME! Let me bring you up to speed. Monday started with a pot of homemade Quinoa. We've been eating a bowl of warm Strawberries' n Cream Quinoa for breakfast. Tuesday we did an amazing salad for lunch that left us so full we skipped that midday snack. It's now Tuesday night, and as for my family, we got somewhere to be by 7:00. So here it goes...

1/4 tsp Grape Seed Oil
3c. Grill veggies (I chose red and green bell peppers, mushrooms, and red onions)
1tsp.Minced garlic and Steak Seasoning, Garlic and Herb Seasoning, Salt, season to taste
Warm Corn Tortillas
 In a corn tortilla add the Grilled Veggies, B.B.Q.S, topped with fresh Cilantro
THAT'S IT! 

By using a Steak Seasoning, especially when grilling Mushrooms, this gives your meal a savory flavor. Even Carnivores won't miss the meat in this Taco! This is a great way to season your meals if you are introducing more vegetables to your plate and palate.
