Enjoys a hot gluten free cereal on a rainy morning.
Hey, did you know that even Winco sells a great gluten free granola cereal in the Bin area. One made with Cranberry's and Cashews (5 grams fat) and a Cinnamon Raisin (11 grams fat). Sometimes I grab a hand full before a morning hike, but on a cold day like today, my son eats it after warming it in microwave with almond milk. So sweet it doesn't need anything else, and it keeps it's crunch after being warmed. Quick to prepare, full of protein and fiber and he's out the door. Anyone who leaves the home early can take it to go and heat it up at work! Seriously yummy! I also use it (you'll soon see) on top on my muffin batter. About a table spoon on each muffin, drizzled with Maple Syrup right before going into the oven to create a great textured and yummy muffin top. Also good in crepes and salads, just an all around great item to have in the kitchen.
