When RAW keeps it R.E.A.L (Raw Eating Active Living) recipes and secret sauce..



Shatake Mushrooms marinated for a few minutes in Amino's and Seaweed Sesame Seeds, if it looks crazy it's because it's CRAZY GOOD!
Some ingredients to use,, Tamari is Gluten Free and great if you don't want to to use Amino's, also Sesame seeds without the Seaweed are good, but I love my "Sweed!!"
I have soaked Cashews in Amino's for a few hours, then blended them to get a "rice like consistency." Just like Joy said!http://edensvillage.blogspot.com/2011/06/i-feel-juicy-and-sexy.html
These ones were done with macadamia nuts, then rolled with cucumbers, carrots, bean spouts, avocado, and marinated shitake mushrooms...
 Crazy good!
Ginger, Wasabi and Tamari,,,there's nothing like this amazing earthy explosion of flavor, spice, and texture.
Keep'in it RAW and R.E.A.L outside!

Lettuce, shitake mushrooms (marinated in amino's & seaweed sesame), mango's, mint, ginger, avocado, beansprouts.
My secrete sauce is ready (to the left) and other ingredients used.

My Secret Peanut Sauce,,,,here it is folks!! 2 1/2 tbs. spoons fresh cilantro, 1 tsp. minced garlic, 1/2 tsp. ginger (fresh or pickled), 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. fresh mint, 3/4 c. natural raw peanut butter ( I use crunchy), 1 tbs.Sesame oil, about 1/2 lime squeezed, 1 1/4 c. coconut or almond milk (I've even used Vanilla Almond Milk), 2 tbs. honey. May add wasabi or 1 stemmed, seeded and chopped jalapeno. I just blend it all in the VitaMix.
