VIVRE BON ! Eat good, Feel good, Live good!


VIVRE BON !

Breakfast for 6: Granny Smith apple (1), bananas (2), orange (1), Hawaiian papaya (1/2), avocado (1), collards, spinach, hemp seed, flax seed and almond milk.

Hawaiian Papaya! Raw foods in the morning is an awesome way to start any day. Try it for 3 days and feel the differnce. Feel ALIVE!

Lunches: Lettuce, homemade hummus, Mung Bean sprouts, raisins, wasabi peas (great for a little spice and lots of crunch), and strawberries. A fresh balsamic dressing to finish this simple and colorful lunch.

Eat good. Feel good.
